	Diffey replaces Crompton in Ten's team 8/8/2001 23:17 (V8 Wire - Jason Whittaker) - World Superbike Series commentator Leigh Diffey will replace Neil Crompton in the Ten Network’s on-air V8 Supercar team. Diffey, the station’s former V8 Supercar commentator before joining the BBC in Britain, will return to Australia to anchor the Supercar coverage for the rest of the season. Crompton departs the commentary box to take his place alongside Craig Lowndes in the Gibson Motorsport Falcon for the rest of the season. Ten’s Manager of Sport, David White, said he welcomes the return of Diffey, who is “regarded as one of the finest commentators in the country.”
