Chance to join Murph’s V8 team at Pukekohe

Kiwi motor racing ace is giving two lucky fans a chance to get up close and personal at the PlaceMakers V8 International at Pukekohe in two weeks.
They will get the chance to join Murphy and his crew at Super Cheap Auto Racing at the meet which is the second round of the V8 Supercar Championship. It’s the final time the V8 Supercars will be seen at Pukekohe and Murphy wants to share that with his fans.
The winner will be able to take a mate to join the Super Cheap Auto Racing team on Saturday 16 April, and be part of the crew for the qualifying session.
``It’s a totally different experience to be part of our team, to have a close-up look at the cars,’’ Murphy said. ``They will also get to check out the amazing technology we use and talk to some of our crew. It’s a real one-off opportunity to get close to the action.
``Pukekohe has been a special place for me throughout my career, and especially for the V8 Supercars over the past five years, so this is one way to give the fans a special experience.’’
