
Brazilian V8 Supercar driver Max Wilson has been secured to drive the Longhurst Racing’s Holden Commodore car 45 at this year’s V8 Supercars opening round Adelaide’s Clipsal 500.

Newly formed Longhurst Racing’s team principal Tony Longhurst needs no introduction to motor racing.
Longhurst, a veteran of over twenty years competing in various categories of the sport and achieving much acclaim during his long career.
The recent acquisition of the team has required an ‘all stops out’ attitude from the team members in readiness for this weekends Adelaide Clipsal 500 round one of the 2005 series.
A proud Longhurst was on hand at today’s unveiling of the team’s new livery package, displaying new sponsor signage, that of ‘WOW Sight & Sound’ along with partner SONY.
“We are extremely happy to have a progressive company such as ‘WOW Sight & Sound’ and partner SONY join the team as major sponsor for round one of this years V8 Supercar Series, like the team this company is really going places” – said Longhurst.
“Although a Queensland based company due to open their sixth store in Darwin this weekend, the company is redefining the art of consumer electronics retailing in Australia” – Longhurst commented.
