TEAM DYNAMIK WITHDRAW APPEAL

The Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Limited was advised by Team
Dynamik on 11 February 2005 that it has decided to withdraw its appeal
to the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) International
Court of Appeal.
The hearing at the FIA International Court of Appeal was scheduled to
take place on 24 February 2005 at the FIA in Paris.
