FIA INTERNATIONAL COURT OF APPEAL SETS DATE FOR TEAM DYNAMIK APPEAL

The Confederation of Australian Motor Sport received notification from
the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) International Court
of Appeal on 15 December 2004 that Team Dynamik's appeal hearing will
take place on 24 February 2004.
Confirmation of the date is expected in early January 2005. The appeal
will take place at the FIA in Paris.
The appeal concerns the alleged illegal testing conducted by Team
Dynamik at Woomera on 20-21 August 2004.
