TKR Double Header in Queensland

Team Kiwi Racing will be in full flight at Queensland Raceway this weekend, competing in both the Konica Minolta V8 Supercar Championship with driver Mark Porter, as well as the Premier V8 Supercar Championship with TKR driver Craig Baird.
Porter is looking to set himself and the team up for a strong finish to the Konica Minolta season with only Queensland this weekend and then Mallala Raceway in Adelaide South Australia, rounding out the full season for the Konica Minolta V8 Supercar Championship.
Baird on the other hand is looking to continue on from the encouraging performance in race one of the previous V8 Supercar round in Perth Western Australia, that saw Baird in the ALL BLACK TKR car lead the race for 15 laps and hold down 3rd position for another 9 laps there after.
The Queensland round of the V8 Supercar Championship Series marks round six of the thirteen round V8 Supercar Championship and round five of the six round Konica Minolta V8 Supercar Championship.
Baird is currently fourteenth in the Australian V8 Supercar Championship going into round six of thirteen, while Porter is 6th in the Konica Minolta V8 Supercar Championship going into round five of six.
