Russell Ingall Launches New Website

18/6/2004 22:32 (Press Release) - Caltex Havoline Racing’s Russell Ingall has launched his new personal website. Race fans can now head to www.russellingall.com.au for all the latest news, images and gossip from one of Australia’s leading motorsport competitors.

The new site will offer something for all of Ingall’s fans – most of whom will be keeping a close eye on him when he defends his title at the Queensland Raceway round of the 2004 V8 Supercar Championship Series on July 2-4.

There is a latest news section, a regularly updated gallery of images and links to Ingall’s personal sponsors.

The site will continually offer competitions utilizing some great prizes from those sponsors. An auction section where fans will have the chance to bid on collectable pieces of Ingall merchandise will be launched in the near future.

Fans will have the chance to subscribe to a special “Weekends with Russell” page where Ingall will give his own personal account of what happened over a race weekend. Fans will also be able to e-mail in their own questions, the best of which will answered on a weekly basis.

There will also be updated road safety tips, which also appear regularly in the Sunday Telegraph out of Sydney.

One of the great features will be a multimedia section where Ingall fans will be able to download wallpapers and screensavers free of charge.

“We really wanted to take our time and come up with a website which serviced the fans and my sponsors,” said Ingall.

“I think this new site really provides everything a fan needs.

“The great thing about this site is that it will be continually upgraded and serviced on a daily basis. There will be plenty of reasons for fans to keep coming back.

“The site is a comprehensive record of my career and will be a great tool to record all my activities and results in the future.

“The internet is such a great tool and we intend to maximise our new website and ensure it continues to be fresh and informative.”

The site has been designed and constructed by BAM Media - one of the Australia’s leading media, marketing, management and event companies.
