
Cartwright Gets Busy For Konica Minolta V8 Supercar Series

Jamie Cartwright gets a Chance of a Lifetime and boy is he going to be extremely busy! Winner of both the 2002 & 2003 Kuhmo Tyres MG Trophy Championships, Jamie Cartwright will be competing in this years, Konica Minolta V8 Supercar series in the Chance of a Lifetime Racing AU Falcon.
Jamie, who is also the Dealer Principal of Gold Coast MG Rover and Lotus, has become the new busyboy of V8's and is delighted to announce his new personal sponsor Busywear who is another newcomer to the world of V8 Supercars.
"The Konica series just gets stronger each year, and there are some very talented and tough drivers in the field", said Jamie.
"I would obviously love to finish as far up the front as I can, but if we can finish each race, stay out of trouble and keep accumulating the points for each round, we will end up in a good position at the end of the season."
Although the Chance of a Lifetime Racing Team are Sydney based, Jamie is situated with other Konica-Minolta teams on the Gold Coast, including Super Cheap Auto Racing, Howard Racing, Paul Cruickshank Racing, and Dick Johnson Racing, not to mention the numerous Level One V8 SuperCar teams, making the Gold Coast a mecca for motorsport.
Busywear are excited about this year with their involvement in the Konica-Minolta series, and with Jamie Cartwright they are getting busy, ready to explode into the marketplace. With the second round for Jamie being the Clipsal 500, Busywear will launch their new clothing and team merchandise at this year's event.
As part of their extensive promotional activities, you will be able to catch the Busygirls on and off the track at all the rounds of the Konica-Minolta V8 Supercar Series.
The season kicks off at Wakefield Park, Goulburn this weekend, February 20-22nd.
